Our products

All of our products are made to order. Nothing is pre-printed or kept in stock each item is produced individually after you place your order.

Product photos and mockups are for illustration. Small variations in print placement, sizing, and color are normal for made-to-order items and are not considered defects. Colors may also look different on your screen than in person.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, and we may refuse or cancel any order for example if there is a pricing error, a product is unavailable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

Production starts quickly, so orders can only be changed or cancelled within [2] hours of being placed. Please make sure your size, options, and shipping address are correct before checking out. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Personalized items

If you order a product personalized with a name, text, or date, you are responsible for the details you submit — including spelling. You also confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it is not offensive or unlawful.

We may decline any personalization request and will refund you in full if we do. Personalized items are final sale unless the mistake is ours.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in [USD] and may change without notice. Taxes are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees charged by your country, which are not included in your order total.

Liability

Our site and products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
